The Lotus 9.2 is an Alan Wright designed cruising yacht. Some 160 have been produced in New Zealand through the 70's and 80's using either timber or GRP construction methods. The sea kindly design combined with the fin keel produces a fast, comfortable costal cruiser and club racer.

Powered by a 23HP Volvo MD11C twin cylinder diesel driving a saildrive with a two bladed feathering prop, she cruises under power at 6+ Knots.

Vesper II is mast head rigged and carries a roller furling Jib. The sail inventory includes a main, #1 #2 #3 Jib, Gennaker, and a spinnaker. Anchoring is by Rocna.
